What ages and skill levels do you work with?
Live. Love. Swim! provides swim instruction for:
- Children (ages 0–10)
- Youth (ages 11–15)
- Adults (ages 16+)
Lessons are designed for all skill levels, including beginners, nervous swimmers, and those building confidence in the water.
Do you offer adaptive swim lessons?
Yes.
Coach Marla specializes in adaptive swim lessons and has extensive experience working with swimmers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, sensory sensitivities, physical disabilities, and other learning differences.
Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs of the swimmer in a supportive, patient, and confidence-building environment.
